How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for peak seasons (June–September and December). Our 2026 calendar is nearly full. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests but cannot guarantee availability. Booking 6–12 months in advance ensures you get your preferred date.
What areas do you serve? +
We're based in Oakville and primarily serve the Greater Toronto Area — including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Burlington, Hamilton, and surrounding areas. We do travel for events outside the GTA; please contact us to discuss travel fees for events outside our standard service area.
What's included in your packages? Are there hidden fees? +
Everything is clearly outlined in your contract before you sign — no surprise charges. All packages include setup and teardown time. Travel within the GTA is included for most packages. We'll provide a detailed quote that lists every line item so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
How does the booking and payment process work? +
Once you submit your inquiry, we'll respond within 24 hours with a custom quote. If you'd like to proceed, we'll send a contract and require a deposit to officially hold your date. The remaining balance is due closer to your event date. We accept e-transfer, credit card, and other convenient payment methods.
Can I customize my package? Do you do consultations? +
Absolutely. Every event is different and we don't believe in one-size-fits-all packages. After your initial inquiry, we schedule a consultation (phone or video call) to understand your vision, preferences, and requirements. We then build a tailored proposal just for you. You can also book a free 15-minute call directly if you'd like to speak with us first.
